"Books made me what I am today"
I intend to tell you how I acquainted myself with books and how I made books, the best friend of mine. And how my best friend has evolved me over the years and when I realized the meaning of the famous quote given by Albert Einstein "The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know". And what 'gifts' I would like to receive from my best friend in the years to come. And lastly the list of books I have read and I am going to read in the near future.
A wise man once said "Books...are like lobster shells, we surround ourselves with 'em, then we grow out of 'em and leave 'em behind, as evidence of our earlier stages of development." And my experiences were really based on the above lines. I believe it is true for everyone else.
Spare a moment, please do not presume that I am much learned person and I have read scores of books. Actually, the list of books I intend to read is longer than the one I have read.
Now, assume looking at a mosquito coil and rotate your head as if you are tracing the curves of it; from inside to outside. Phew, I am going on flashback mode. :-)
Ding.... Wait for my next post..
